On April 21 the AKKORK Agency together with the institute for further vocational education development held a workshop on the issue of «Methodology of internal and external evaluation of the education organization’s staff – ways to an effective contract with employees of all levels».
Workshop’s speakers – Svetlana A. Osokina and Maria S. Grineva – told about modern approaches, methods, procedures, tools and criteria of teaching staff assessment.
The education organizations’ representatives of 34 regions of Russia took part in the workshop. The workshop participants proposed to conduct webinars of experience exchange of teaching staff’s activity efficiency target.
The next workshop will be held at the end of Mai.
