The site visit of the AKKORK review team took place in the Moscow College of the Service sector No. 10 on 20-21 of January. During the visit, the independent assessment of educational programs was carried out in three programmes: the hairdresser, the tailor, the chef/confectioner, and the specialty – Production technology of the public catering.Reviewers were a part of the AKKORK reviewer’s team from the employers’ associations of the OPORA ROSSII and Federation of the Restaurateurs and Hoteliers. These are the representatives of the Russian business of services sector, highly qualified specialists in the field of professional and administrative activity, who can assess quality of the students’ training from the point of view of requirements of the modern employer:
