Every year the beginning of September for all of us is the starting point to both the familiar and in the same time the unknown path. For every educational organization and scientific and educational community as a whole it is the time to set new directions.
The previous study year was full of important events in the system of higher and secondary professional education. The essential results were achieved including the field of independent assessment and accreditation of the Russian educational organizations. All this proves that by means of pooling resources and sharing experiences we can get good results, though we all understand that there is still a great deal in improving the system of professional education.
